Any person approved by the Committee may be invited to become a member of Cheshire Home, Lucknow. |

A person who has become Member of Home has undertaken on himself/herself a difficult but noble and human task of looking after fellow human beings. |
|
|
Members of Home are most welcome to visit the Home/take gifts/donations/foods stuff etc. but these will be given through the Secretary. Items banned/not recommended for consumption by the Home Doctor to any Resident will not be accepted. |
|
|
Membership entrance fee will be Rs. 500/-. Thereafter each member is requested to donate Rs. 100/- per month. |
|
|
Each member will endeavour to enlist as many members as possible. |
|
|
A list of all members of Home will be maintained by the Secretary who will invite them to various functions held from time to time. |
|
|
Members of the Home will NOT admonish or give any instructions directly to the Home staff. Suggestions are most welcome but these will berouted
through the secretary who will discuss the points
with the Chairman before implementing the same. |
|
|
Committee members may
visit the Home at least once a month. As a
matter of courtesy, other than Committee Members
wishing to visit the Home or take guests will
inform the Secretary and in the
absence of Secretary to Vice Chairman/Chairman
before visiting the Home. |
|
|
Any complaint received from the Residents will be passed on the Secretary who will inform the Chairman and the Member concerned on action taken. |
|
|
Members of the Home are expected to take active part in all projects approved by the Management Committee and assist the Home in all possible way. |
|
|
No member of the Home will
discuss policy and other matters of the Home
with Government/Semi Government or Private
organizations or individuals without prior
consultation and approval of the
Chairman. |
|
|
Names of those members of
Home who default paying monthly
donation/contribution for one year will be
removed from the list. This will be done 15 days
after a letter reminding |
|
|
the member to clear his
dues is sent. |
|
|
The Management Committee reserves the right to remove any member of the Home from the organization for non-cooperation or for doing any act deed against the Home or against smooth working or cause dissatisfaction / confusion.Each member will do his/her utmost to enhance the image of the organization. |
