SPECIAL INITIATIVES AT LUCKNOW CHESHIRE HOME
At the Cheshire Home efforts are always on for improvement. Major Initiatives undertaken are enumerated below.
a) Solar Plant planning, projection, provisioning, Purchase, Installation and Commissioning
b) Construction of Additional Huts for our Inmates
c) Introduction of Dynamism, Database connectivity, Enhanced Security and Refurbishing of Pages

OUR VERITABLE VEGETABLE & FRUIT GARDEN
Our Lucknow Cheshire Home has limited space. By the dedicated efforts of Inmates and supporting staff, the area close to the kitchen has been developed into a Vegetable & Fruit Garden. By levelling the ground, adding good soil, preparing our own organic manure and by suitable watering, we grow lots of vegetables to supplement our purchases.
We grow the following Vegetables during appropriate season of the year.
a) Tomatoes
b) Knol Khol / Kohlrabi / Ganth Gobhi
c) Brinjal
d) Lady Finger
e) Onion
f) Potato
g) Radish
h) Carrot
Fruits being harvested and adding to the nutrients for our inmates are as follows.
a) Amla / Gooseberry
b) Narangi
c) Mango
d) Kela / Banana / Plantain
